Russ Carrington, author of Thoughtful Soccer: the Think-First Approach to Playing and Coaching seeks position as coach (college, club, private school) and/or coaching director. Ideal position would include working with new coaches and/or directing a camp. Credentials include NSCAA National Diploma, high school and club coaching, and camp work. Currently runs clinics for teams and coaches using the Thoughtful Soccer model. Background in counseling, social work, parenting skills. Will relocate from Southern Maryland area.
