New Referee Column

In our September 15 issue of Southern Soccer Scene we began a new column feature by Randy Vogt, who is the Director of Public Relations for the Eastern New York Soccer Association. His second column appears in this issue on Page 17. Vogt, who lives on Long Island, has vast experience as a soccer referee, having worked over 8,000 games ” from professional matches in front of thousands to six-year-olds being cheered on by very enthusiastic parents.” We would welcome reader feedback on this new feature.
