North Texas’ 1997 Olympic Development Program squad has advanced to the semifinals of the U.S. Youth Soccer ODP Chmpionships, which will be held March 1-3 at the FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco, TX.
Cal South swept Region IV ODP championships for boys and girls in the 1996 and 1997 age groups and is the only state association competing in each of the four age groups.
The ODP state teams competing for the national championship are as follows:
1996 Girls: New Jersey, Indiana, Georgia, California South.
1997 Girls: Eastern New York, Michigan, North Texas, California South.
1997 Boys: Virginia, Michigan, Florida, California South.
1996 Boys: Eastern Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, North Carolina, California South
